Having seen the photos I am very sorry I didn't popover for a popover - see what I did there! I look forward to reading more of your recipes Arthur, but I would love to know how you choose what to cook each day. Especially as you chose a Friday pie on a Tuesday! Does it depend on your mood or is it largely down to what you have in the fridge? Also, are they recipes that have special meanings or evoke certain memories? I would love to know all these things.
